Banana Bread Fail (sorta)

Short post here, because there’s not much to say. Long story, short: I’ve yet to master my oven temperature. Hopefully I’ll be ordering an oven thermometer soon, but until then, I just need to pay more attention. 

Anyway, the banana bread itself was good, a little crispy on top and goopy in the middle (both factors I attribute more to my ill-tempered oven and not to my lack of baking experience), but good nonetheless. Besides, what’s wrong with a little banana bread dough? It could be the new custard. I could be setting a trend, just you wait and see…
